This add-on is seamlessly integrated into your massage session and used intentionally on areas that need deeper support—whether that’s stubborn shoulder tension, hormonal stiffness through the back and hips, or stress patterns that just won’t quit. These can appear as light discoloration, circular marks, or mild bruising depending on your skin sensitivity, hydration levels, and the amount of tension in the area. These marks are not painful, are not the same as an injury, and typically fade within a few days. By choosing this add-on, you acknowledge and understand that: *Temporary marks or discoloration may occur. *Some mild post-session soreness or warmth is normal. *Cupping is not advised over inflamed skin, open wounds, or certain medical conditions. *You will inform your therapist of sensitive areas, medications, or concerns prior to treatment. After-Care Recommendations To support your body after cupping and encourage healthy recovery: *Drink plenty of water to help flush metabolic waste released during the session. *Keep the cupped areas covered and warm for the next 24 hours. *Avoid intense workouts for the rest of the day. *Avoid saunas, cold plunges, or extreme temperature changes for 24 hours. *Apply gentle lotion or magnesium oil if the skin feels dry or tender. *Allow any marks to fade naturally—this is part of the normal healing process.
